At Somai, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 7-day refund policy for all our subscription plans.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund.
Additionally, to be eligible for a refund:
- Your account must be in good standing.
- You must have used our service fewer than 10 times.
- You must provide a reason for your refund request.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
- Accounts that have been suspended for violations of our Terms of Service.
- Add-on services or one-time purchases.
- Any usage beyond our specified refund limits.

- Reason for requesting a refund
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion, especially if you have already used a significant portion of our services during the refund period.
